APPOINTING MUNICIPAL ENGINEER
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Engineer in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that
DONALD NORBUT of T&M ASSOCIATES
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Engineer, effective January 1, 2003
term to expire December 31, 2003.
