A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING TRACT MAP NO. 83509
WHEREAS, on November 9, 2021, the City of Lynwood Planning Commission met
and approved Lynwood Planning Commission Resolution No. 3431; and
WHEREAS, the development at 3358 Beechwood Avenue, Lynwood, California
90262 requires the preparation and recordation of Tract Map No. 83509; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map No. 83509 has been reviewed by the City Engineer for
accuracy and compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision
Ordinance and the final map is now ready for approval by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby finds and declares
that the foregoing recitals are true and correct, and incorporates them herein as findings
and as a substantive part of this Resolution.
Section 2. The City Engineer reviewed Tract Map No. 83509 for accuracy and
compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance and
confirms that all conditions and requirements have been satisfied. The City Engineer
confirms the final map is now ready for approval by the City Council
Section 3. The City Council hereby approves Tract Map No. 83509.
Section 4. The City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute the Resolution for
and on behalf of the City of Lynwood.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take full force and effect immediately upon
adoption by the City Council.
Section 6. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City Council
Resolution.
