APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL PUBLIC DEFENDER
FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, them is a need for a Municipal Public Defender in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that
DESI ABAZIA
HELD (Alternate)
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Public Defender, effective January
1, 2003, term to expire December 31, 2003.
Adopted this 1 st day of January, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 2, 2003.
