APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVES TO SERVE ON THE
MIDDLESEX COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENTCOMMITTEE AND THE CARTERET
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Borough Council appoints a representative to serve on the Middlesex
7ounty Housing and Community Development Committee every year; and
WHEREAS, vacancies presently exist on the Community Developmcnt Board of the
Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that
Robert J. Bergen - (Interim) 12/31/2003
bc appointed Carteret Community Development Director and be appointed to the Middlesex
County Housing and Community Development Committee for the year 2003 and that the
following appointments be made to thc Community Development Board of the Borough of
Carteret for the term prescribed:
Member William Nix 12/31/2007
Councilmember Randy Krum 12/31/2005
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 2, 2003.
