Home My Public Portal About060-1986 - ORDINANCE CLARIFYING SECTION 74.27 AND SECTION 74.99 OF THE CITY CODEAMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 60-1986 AN ORDINANCE CLARIFYING SECTION 74.27 AND SECTION 74.99 OF THE RICHMOND CITY CODE WHEREAS, it is necessary to correct a discrepancy between Section 74.27 of the City Code and Violation No.19 as contained in Section 74.99 of the Richmond City Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond that Section 74.99 "penalty" of the Richmond City Code be amended as it applies to Violation No. 19 "Parking of unlicensed Vehicle" and that it be amended to state that: Violation No. 19 - parking of an unlicensed vehicle or a vehicle without a valid license plate.
