NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered and set apart out of the several appropriations herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: MVH FUND- 3000-Other Services & Charges AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED $ 6,400.00 $ 6,400.00 SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED REDUCED MVH FUND 2000-Supplies $ 6,400.00 $ 6,400.00 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana. This transfer was made at a regular public meeting according to proper ordinance, a copy of which is attached to this certificate. The proof of publication was examined and found to be in order.
