omeone designated by him to obtain bids for the purchase of

Whereas, said bias have been received&
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEX:
Section 1. The Mayor shall purchase Materials agc1, Supplies
from e11 Machinery Co. to be used as '11pp1 i Fq felr eater Dept.
for 8 1,426.01 Dollars.
Section 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by law for
the payment of said Supplies in the amount of
1.426,01 ,dollars, out of the i'ur Chase and im >rovement
Fund account.
Section 3. The Mayor is further authorized and directed
to do all other things necessary amd proper to accomplish the
purchase, payment and delivery of
