omeone designated by him to obtain bids for the purchase of
Office Furniture for City Hall and
Wher :as, said bids have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEX:
Section 1, The Mayor shall purchase Necessary Office Furniture
from City Office Supply to be used as Furriiturq
for 8 880.46 .Dollars+
Section 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by l .w .for
the payment of said °ffice Furniture in the amount of
s38Q.4 ,dollars, out of the Purchase Improvement
Fund account.
Section 3. The Mayor is further authorized and directed
to do all other things necessary amd proper to accomplish the
purchase, payment and delivery of Office Furniture
