RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE EAYOR TO PURCHr.3E

THE Ia3U,iNCE OF A CHECK IN PAYEENT THEREOF.
WHE ?EK , the Town has heretofore authorized the Mayor or
omeone designated by him to obtain bids for the purchase of
1955 Chevolet 3/4 on True , and
Whereas, said bids have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEX:
Section 1. The Mayor shall purchase
from Ernest Allen Motor Co. to be used as W:ter_Dent ' Truck
for $ 1,426.10 Dollars.
Section 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by law for
the payment of said TriAalc in the amount of
1,426.10 ,dollars, out of the Pnrs haca and Tmprovement
Fund account.
Section 3. The Mayor is further authorized and directed
to do all other things necessary amd proper to accomplish the
purchase, payment and delivery of
