COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, SEPTEMBER 15, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The September 15, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Mihalevich, Prather, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Amendments to Agenda:
Councilman Bray requested that he would like to add an item to the agenda
under “Presentations from Invited Guests,” at the invitation of Mayor Struemph,
Councilman Prather, and himself. The presentation will be made jointly by Parks
and Recreation Director Bill Lockwood and Lincoln University President, Dr.
Kevin Rome, on the issue of a multipurpose building. He would also like to take
up the associated Resolution RS2014-18 earlier in the meeting.
Councilman Graham indicated he would like to make an announcement under
“Announcements by Mayor, Council, and Staff” about the “Coffee With The
Councilmen” event scheduled for September 20.
Mayor Struemph asked City Counselor Hilpert if those changes can be made
now, and announced to be included as part of the “Adoption of the Agenda” in
the following meeting, to which Mr. Hilpert replied they could be.

The meeting adjourned at 5:54 P.M.
