RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO :PURCHASE
Fi ft Shares AND TO ORDER
HE ISSUANCE OF A CHECK IN PAYMENT THEREOF.
VEREAS, the Town has heretofore authorized the Mayor or
someone designated. by him to obtain bids for the purchase of
Fifty Shares , and
'iVhereas, said bids have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOhK OF RICHLAND HILL&? Tom:
Section 1. The mayor shall purchase

from Farm & Hoie Savings & Loarto be used as E7- Investments

Section 2. The
mayor shall issue a
beck as provided
by law for
