Services of Contractor AND TO ORDER
WHERErL31 the Town has heretofore authorized the Mayor or
someone designated by him to obtain bids for the purchase of
Contracting Services t and
Whereas, said bids have been received;
NOW, THEREFOREO 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF .THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEX:
"ection 1. The Mayor shall purchase Services

from Wayne W. Smith Inc. to be used as meters, rework on well

for $ 3280.50 Dollars.
Section, 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by law for
..;i:e ayment of said Services in the amount of
380.50 ,dollars, out of the urchase and Improvement Fund
account.
Section 3,., The Mayor is further authorized and directed
t`_o a.c all other things necessary amd proper to accomplish the
pui•crase, payment and delivery of Contracting Services
for work on well and meters and building pump house �.
