The 1986 Park budget was reduced by $182,300. as was the estimated revenue in order to establish this fund. A Reduction Ordinance was never prepared for City Council. I would like to do this before I go to Tax Hearings as the State records reflect the Park Budget as approved by Council and the State at last year's Tax Hearings.
