A. A request for the Planning Commission to consider the approval
of Conditional Use Permit No. 2021-07 for the additional of beer and
wine sales for off -site consumption to an existing meat market for the
property identified as 11805 Atlantic Avenue. The subject project
meets all the requirements of the California Department of Alcoholic
Beverage Control (ABC) and Lynwood Municipal Code. California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance is being completed by
associated case Environmental Assessment No. 2021-07.
