AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE PUBLIC TRANSIT FUND
WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer
money within the fund appropriated in the annual budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana;
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the
following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated
and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations,
herein named and for the purposes herein specified,
subject to the laws governing the same:

SECTION 2. WHEREAS, It has been shown that certain existing
appropriations now have unobli.gated balances which will
not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it
is further ordained that the following existing
appropriations be reduced in the following amounts.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject

EXCERPTS OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, IN➢IANA
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the
Council Chambers in the Muncipal Building of said City on November 3, 1986
at the hour of 7:30.P.M.
Councilperson Bodiker presided with the following members present:
Councilpersons E stro Williams Brookbank Hankinson
Parker Hutton Morris
Absent: Whitesell
The following business was had, to -wit:

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond,
Indiana on the date of PUblic Law 54 Said notice stated that a public
hearing would be held on the day of , 19 , by the
Common Council to consider additional appropriations as provided for in Ordinance No.
, within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication was
examined and found to be in order. Councilperson moved the
proof of publication be received and filed, seconded by Councilperson
and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 84-1986
President Bodiker announced Ordinance No. 84-1986 was on public hearing.
After hearing all persons present, Ordinance No. 84-1986 was placed on final
passage or rejection and on a call of the roll the following was recorded:
Ayes: Elstro Williams Brookbank , Hankinson
Parker , Hutton _ _ Morris Bodiker ,
Noes- none
Absent: Whitesell ,
The vote being 8 to 0 in favor of passage of Ordinance No. 84-1986

There being no further business on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, the
meeting was adjourned.

There are 21 basic "Chief' Systems available. Each is self-contained and consists of;
Steel framework - safety factor 1.65 to 1 weight ratio. 65-gallon storage containers (product -level gauge provided
with each). Clear P.V.C. tubing for storage transfer and product retrieval. Timer controlled, positive displacement
pumping system. Console with valve manifold and drip pan. No special wiring necessary. Simply plug into a 110
grounded wall outlet. "Chief' Systems are shipped with complete instructions for easy assembly. Average setup
time for two men is approximately two hours. Our Engineering Department will design special units to meet your
specific needs.
