AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER [WITHIN THE PURCHASING FOND.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer :Honey within
the fund appropriated in the annual budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDATfSiED BY THE CaVIDN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICE[DND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
several appropriations herein named and for the purposes herein specified,
subject to the laws governing the same;

SECTION 2. W[ EREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its

EXCERPTS OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the
Council Chambers in the Muncipal Building of said City on November 17, 1986 ,
at the hour of 7:30 P.M
Councilperson Brookbank presided with the following members present:
Councilpersons Elstro Williams , Hankinson , Whitesell
Parker , Hutton , Morris
Absent: Bodiker ,
The following business was had, to -wit:

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond,
Indiana on the date of Said notice stated that a public
hearing would be held on the day of , 19 by the
Common Council to consider additional appropriations as provided for in Ordinance No.
, within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication was
examined and found to be in order. Councilperson moved the
proof of publication be received anf filed, seconded by Councilperson
and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 89-1986
President Brookbank announced Ordinance No. 89-1986 was on public hearing.
After hearing all persons present, Ordinance No. 89-1986 was placed on final
passage or rejection and on a call of the roll the following was recorded:
Ayes: Elstro Williams Hankinson Whitesell
Parker Hutton Morris Brookbnak
Noes: none ,
Absent: Bodiker
The vote being 8 to 0 in favor of passage of Ordinance No. 89-1986

There being no further business on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, the
meeting was adjourned.

This is a request to transfer $1500.from the Purchasing
Director line item to Other Contractual Services.
It is necessary for us to contract for assistance in the
month of December. December is when we bid for gasoline, salt and
solicit quotes for our. Central Stores. We will also need help with
preparing the Capital Equipment lists by Department for 1987.

I, the proper legal officer of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana,
hereby certify to the Auditor of Wayne County that the Common Council
Transferred

and that such transfer does not necessitate expenditures of more money than was
