RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PURCHASE
A FIRE TRUCK AND TO ORDER THE ISSUANCE OF
A CHECK IN PAYMENT THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Town has heretofore authorized the Mayor
or someone designated by him to obtain bids for the purchase of
a fire truck, and
WHEREAS, said bids have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Mayor shall purchase a 1955 Ford truck from
to be used as a fire truck for
Dollars.
Section 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by law
for, ETe'payment of said truck in the amount of$ y:ffL._d1_V
Dollars, out of the Fire Department Account. q. q o o . 0 0
Section 3. The Mayor is further authorized and directed to do
all oTE—er things necessary and proper to accomplish the pur-
chase, payment and delivery of a truck to be used as a fire
truck.
