AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING CERTAIN BENEFIT PAYMENTS TO
THE RICHMOND POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FIRE DEPARTMENT
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, it is necessary to ratify certain benefit payments paid to
certain members of the Richmond Police and Fire Departments
which were not included in previous ordinances and/or
previous contracts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond that the payments as actually made in the years ending
December 31, 1986 for educational incentive, clothing maintenance
allowance, and holiday benefits which may not have been included in
previous ordinances or contracts are hereby ratified by the Common
Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the CommoNCouncil of the Cit of Richmond,
Wayne County, Indiana, this_/.5 day of 1986.
