'JHE1E.+;, the Town has heretofore authorized the Mayor or
someone designated byhim to obtain Dian for the purchase of
Fittings for new watAer lines and
Jhereas, said bids have been received,
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEX:
Section 1, The Mayor shall purchase Fittin s
from 3owles and Edens Supply Co. to be used as fitting f_or. new
water lines
for 609.90 _.____Dollars,
section 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by law for
""he payment of said Fittings in the amount of

account.
