A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM, FLORIDA EXPRESSING THE INTENT OF THE CITY TO REIMBURSE
PRIOR EXPENDITURES FROM BOND PROCEEDS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE TOWN COMMISSION OFTHETOWN OF GULF
STREAM, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The Town reasonably expects to incur capital expenditures with respect to the
placing underground of the electric, telephone and cable television facilities serving the Town prior
to the issuance of bonds or completion of another form of financing, and reasonably expects to
reimburse such original expenditures with proceeds of the bonds or other financing in the maximum
principal amount of approximately $5,600,000.00. This does not obligate the Town to issue any
bonds or complete any form of financing or to reimburse any such expenditures.

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
