omeone designated by him to obtain bids for the purchase of
Insurance for workmen" s Como & Liabzl it y , and
.4hereas, said bids have been received.
NOW, THEaLF03E, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE TO -IN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF alCHLAND HILLS, TEX:
Section 1, The Mayor shall purchase Insurance Policy
from First Texas Insurance Co. to be used as coverage for em loyees
for a 14286.39 Dollars.
Section 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by law for
the pa ment of said Insurance in the amount of
1.286.3y ,dollars, out of the R� x�u��'und
account.
Section 3_ The Mayor is further authorized and directed
to do all other things necessary amd proper to accomplish the
purchase, payment and delivery of said insurance
