COUNTY OF TARRANT
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS
On this the 16th day of September, 1955, the Town
Council of the Town of Richland. Hills convened in regular
meeting, at the regular meeting place, with the following
members thereof, to -wit:

being present, with the following absent:, -
constituting a quorum, at which time the following proceedings
were had:
Alderman introduced a Resolution and
made a motion that it be adopted. The Motion was seconded by
Alderman _';^� and the Motion carrying with it the
adoption of the resolution prevailed by the following vote:
AYES
NOES: NONE.
The resolution asad.opted is as follows:
RESOLUTION
BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS GRANTING TARRANT UTILITY COMPANY
EASEMENT ACROSS CITY PARK PROPERTY AS MORE
FULLY DESCRIBED AND SHOWN BY THE ATTACHED
PLAT MARKED "EXHIBIT A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
MADE A PART HEREOF THE SAME AS IF COPIED
VERBATIM HEREIN AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY SECRETARY TO SIGN AND EXECUTE THE NEC-
ESSARY INSTRUMENTS GRANTING THE SAID FRANCHISE.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
1. That Tarrant Utility Company is hereby granted an
easement for the construction of an easement for the right of
way privilege of constructing sewer system facilities across
the City park property as more fully set out and described.
as shown on the attached plat marked "Exhibit A" and made a
part hereof.
2. That the said Tarrant Utility Company, its successors
and assigns shall indemnify and save harmless the Town from
any and all losses, costs or claims for damages resulting from
the Tarrant Utility Company's construction, operation, main-
tenance, repair, replacement or renewal of said sewer system
on, over or through the land. governed in this easement.
3. The Mayor and the City Secretary be and they are
hereby directed to sign and execute the necessary instruments
and/or documents for the purpose of granting easement to the
Tarrant Utility Company after such instruments and/or documents
have been approved by the City Attorney.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 16th DAY OF SEPTEMBER,
1955.
