RESOLUTION DIRr:CTING THE MAYOR TO ORDER
THE ISSUANCE OF A CHECK IN PAYMENT THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Town having on deposit in General Fund Ac-
count Monies belonging to Richland Hills Volunteer Fire
Department has heretofore authorized. the Mayor or some-
one designated by him to reimburse monies owed to Vol-
unteer Fire Fighting Fund.
NOW, THER-EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TO''dN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided
by law for payment of Monies due the Fire Department in
the amount of Nine Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars and
eighty-seven cents, out of the General Fund Account to
which Monies belonging to said Department were deposited.
Section 2. The Mayor is further authorized and dir-
ected to do -11 other things necessary and proper to ac-
complish the payment of said Monies.
