signup to make a comment live online or to call-in prior to 3:00 pm the day of the meeting. Once
we receive your request to make public comment online, a link will be sent to you with instructions.
The public are welcomed to attend the meeting in person. All comments are limited to 3 minutes.

provided in chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code;
• Litigation 74-206 (f) To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss
the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet
being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated. The mere presence of legal counsel at
an executive session does not satisfy this requirement.
