A. A request to consider Conditional Use Permit No. 2022-01 to upgrade alcohol
sales allowance for an existing 2,554 square foot neighborhood convenience
store from beer and wine (type 20) to a full line (type 21) for off -site sales and
consumption on property located at 11400 Atlantic Avenue.
