RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MAYOR 10 PURCHASE
Service for rework on Pump AND TO CHEER
Services to be done as substitution in Portion
of original Contract with J. L. oeyers & Sons.
Wlr_ REAS , the Town has heretofore authorized the Mayor or
someone designated by him to obtain said services .

Section Section 1. The Mayor shall Purch:-ise services from Briggs
and Weaver Machinery Co. to be used as substitution in
Portion of original contract with J. L. Meyers & Son. for
2311 .49 Dollars.
IIPSection 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by
law for the oayment of said Services in the amount of
n2311.4.9, dollars, cut of the Revenue account.
Section 3 . The Mayor is further authorized and directed
to do all other things necessary and Droner to accomplish
the purchase, Payment and delivery of above mentioned
