RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PURCHASE

WHEREAS , the Town- has heretofore authorized the Mayor or
someone designated by him to obtain bids for the purchase of

Whereas, said bids have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS , TEX:
Section 1 . The Mayor shall purchase 50016n CIMJ Pipe
REORMEORXEUMUKCOUMK
from Lone Star Steel Co. to be used as Line &tension
for v 10845.85 Dollars.
Section 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by law
for be payment of said PIPE in the amount of
$845.85 ,dollars, out of the Revenue Fund
account.
Section 3 . The Mayor is further authorized and directed
to do all other things necessary and proper to accomplish the
purchase, payment and delivery of Pipe for Line extension in
Richland Hills Industrial Park
