RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PURCHASE

WHEREAS , the Towr: has heretofore authorized the Mayor or
someone designated by him to obtain bids for the purchase of
Said Pipe , and
Whereas, said bids have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS , TEX:
Section 1 . The Mayor shall purchase ft. CIMJ pi e

from Lone Star Steel Co. to be used as

011) Section 2. The Mayor shall issue a check as provided by law

Section 3 . The Mayor is further authorized and directed
to do all other things necessary and proper to accomplish the
purchase, payment and delivery of pipe far Line Extension
