RESOLUTION 1, 1957
WHEREAS, on the .x � day of //74��4 , 1956 The Board
f Aldermen of the Town of Richland Hills did pass Resolution Number
(!� c in which the Town of Richland Hills, Texas gave notice of its
intention to make an assessment against the property owners described
in said Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the said Notice of Assessment has been filed in the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas in Volume e'.S Page
and whereas it is the desire of the Board of Aldermen not to make said
__ assessments and to cancel and hold for naught said Resolution Number
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 11 RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen
of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas that :
Section =l. That Resolution Numb e 267 be and the same is hereby can-
celled, repealed and held for naught.
Section `2. That any and all interest that the Town may have acquired as
a result of the passage of Resolution Number ,2y is hereby released
unto the owners of said pm perty.
Section r3. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute any and
all neces'§ary releases to the owners of the property described in Resol-
ution # c01,2 c7 in order to clear their property of any, possible
liens as a result of the passage of said Resolution Number(p 2 9 .
