ORDINANCE NO. / 53-40
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
2014-2015 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM THE PARKING RESERVE FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated from the Parking Fund
Fund Balance to the Purchase / Improve Land / Building accounts, $995,537.00 as
indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. The City Administrator is authorized to utilize this money for purchase of
211 West McCarty/405 Broadway and to sign any documents necessary to accomplish the
purchase of said property.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval. //
