A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR CITY
ATTORNEY SERVICES WITH ALVAREZ-GLASMAN & COLVIN
ADUSTING THE RATE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, on February 5, 2019, the City Council of the city of Lynwood ("City")
approved an Agreement for City Attorney Services ("Master Agreement") with Alvarez-
Glasman & Colvin ("AGC") to provide city attorney services; and
WHEREAS, the City and AGC desire to amend the Master Agreement to adjust
the rate schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby finds and declares
that the foregoing recitals are true and correct, and incorporates them herein as findings
and as a substantive part of this Resolution
Section 2. That the City Council authorize the Mayor to execute the First
Amendment to the Master Agreement with AGC attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. That the City Council also authorize the Mayor to execute this
Resolution.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City Council
Resolution.
