RESOLUTION # 2, 1957
- TO BANK OF COMMERCE,CTEXAS:
I, Shirley Westmiller ,Secretary, of the Town of
Richland Hills, Texas being first duly swo n, do upon oath
depose and state that I, as Secretary of the above Town, keep
the minutes and records of all action of the Board of Aldermen
of said Town, c4.11ed and held in accordance with the laws of the
State pertaining thereto, and at which meeting a quorum of the
Aldermen was present, the following resolution was suly and
legally adopted and appears upon the permanent minutes of said
Town and has not been rescinded or revoked:
BE IT RESOLVED: That an account shall be established in the
name of the Town of Richland Hills with the Bank of Commerce,
wherein may be deposited any of the funds of the Town, whether
represented by cash, checks notes or other evidences of debt,
and from which withdrawals are hereby authorized in the name of
the Town by any 2 of the following:
J. M. Greenough Virginia Howard
E. Homer Abel
Endorsements for deposit may be by the written or stamped en-
dorsement of the Town; without designation of the party making
the endorsement and the Town guarantees all prior endorsements
on all checks, drafts, notes or other similar instruments or
evidences of indebtedness that may be depositied by it with
said Bank.
The authority herein conferred upon the officers, agents and
employees shall not be revoked, altered or changed in so far
as Bank is concerned and Bank shall not be affected or bound
by any revocation, alteration or changer until written notice
of same, signed by the Mayor or Secretary of the Town shall
have been delivered to said Bank at its banking quarters.
I further certify that the following persons constitute the pre-
sent officers of said Town:
J. M. Greenough, Mayor Vir inia Howard Treasurer
E. Homer Abel - Alderman Shirley Westmiller, Secretary
Clayton Woodall - Alderman Oliver Smith - Alderman
L. R. Klein - Alderman William DeFee - Alderman
