COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, OCTOBER 20, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The October 20, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Mihalevich, Prather, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Amendment to Agenda at Adoption
Councilman Bray stated that he, Councilman Scrivner and Councilman Branch
would like to invite Ms. Diane Gillespie from the Convention and Visitors Bureau
(CVB) to make a presentation tonight as an invited guest. He would make a
motion to amend the agenda at adoption to add that item to the agenda.
Bill 2014-65 (Adoption of 2014-2015 Budget)
Councilman Bray stated he would remove this bill from the Informal Calendar
tonight for a vote by the Council, and that he would offer a substitute for the
budget as previously discussed by the Budget Committee.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:52 P.M.
