RESOLUTION NO. 7, 1957
WHEREAS: Under the provisions of the Revised
Civil Statutes 1925 of the State of Texas, it is
required that certain ordinances which may be passed
by the Board of Aldermen of Richland Hills, Texas,
be published in a paper of general circulAtion in the
Town of Richland Hills, Texas before such ordinances
may be come effective,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board
111 of Aldermen of Richland Hills, Texas that The News
published by the Reporter Publishing Co .of 4148 E.
Belknap, a paper of general circulation in the Town
of Richland Hills, Texas, be adopted as the offi-
cial publication of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas.
