RESOLUTION NO. 9, 1957
RESOLVED, that the tax rolls and report of the Board of Equalization for
the year 1957 be approved.
WHEREAS, the Board of Equalization has submitted a report and the tax
rolls for the Town of Richland Hills, Texas for the year 1957; and
WHEREAS,the Town has made a study of the said report and has examined
and considered the said tax rolls;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS; THAT:
Section 1. That the Tax Rolls submitted by the Board of Equalization be
and they are hereby approved.
AlSection 2. That the Tax Assessor and Collector shall proceed to assess
and calculate the taxes dur on all property in accordance with the laws
of the State of Texas and the Ordinances of the Town of Richland Hills,
Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of September, 1957.
