RESOLUTION # 10, 1957
RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO
PLACE A STOP SIGN ON CHAFFIN STREET AT THE
INTERSECTION OF DOVER LANE FOR NORTHBOUND
TRAFFIC ON CHAFFIN STREET
WHEREAS the Council has received a report that at the intersection
of Chaffin Street and Dover Lane .a dangerous traffic condition exists;and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore in accordance with the
ordinances requested the Chief of Police to make a survey and report to
the Council with his recommendation and whereas the Chief of Police has
recommended that a stop sign be placed on Chaffin Street at the said in-
tersection for traffic going north on Chaffin Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The Chief of Police be and he is hereby ordered and directed
to place a stop sign on Chaffin Street at the intersection of Dover Lane
for traffic going north and that all vehicular traffic be and it is
hereby required to observe said sign.
