RESOLUTION # 11, 1957
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND PROMULGATING
MONTHLY RATES FOR WATER SERVICE CONNECTION
TO FIRE FIGHTING SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, the Town of Richland Hills, Texas has not established
a charge for connecting to its water system of fire fighting sprinkler
systems; and
WHEREAS, after an investigation it has been determined that a
fair, reasonable and equitable charge for such connection would be $1.00
per month, times the diameter of the service line connected to such system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
RICHLAND KILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the charge to be made to any firm, person or corpora-
tion or association for maintaining a connection to the Town's water supply
system for fire fighting sprinkler systems shall be $1.00 per month, mul-
tiplied by the diameter of the service line connected to such system.
