RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY TREASURER TO PAY TO HENRY MILLIKIN THE SUM OF
$1,786.00 FOR ONE FAIRBANKS-MORSE WATER LUBRICATED
FIGURE 6927,6" 45 STAGE TURBINE BOWL ASSEMBLY FOR
EVERGREEN WELL.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen has heretofore authorized and directed the
Mayor to employ Henry Millikin to pull the pump and screen from the Town's
Evergreen Water Well for the purpose of determining why the said well was
malfunctioning; and
WHEREAS, this has been done and it was discovered that the Fairbanks-
Morse water lubricated figure 6927,6" 45 Stage Turbine Bowl Assembly
was not in working condition and would have to be replaced; and
WHEREAS, it was necessary in order to get the water well in service as
soon as possible for the Mayor to immediately order a replacement therefor;
and
WHEREAS, this has been done and the cost of the same is $1,786.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
' Section 1. The Mayor and the City Treasurer be authorized and directed
to pay Henry Millikin the sum of $1,786.00 for one Fairbanks-Morse Water
Lubricated Figure 6927,6" 45 Stage Turbine Bowl Assembly For Evergreen
