RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY TREASURER TO PAY TO HENRY MILLIKIN THE SUM OF
$526.96 FOR PARTS AND LABOR IN INSTALLING BOWL ASSEMBLY
AND REINSTALLING THE PUMP IN THE TOWN'S EVERGREEN WELL
WHEREAS, on authority of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Richland
Hills, Texas, the Mayor has heretofore employed He^.ry Millikin to
repair the Evergreen Water Well, and whereas, the said Henry Millikin
has submitted a bill for $526.96 for installing a new turbine bowl
assembly and for reinstalling the pump and other labor and parts in-
cidental thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen is of the opinion that said bill is fair
and reasonable;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and Treasurer be authorized and directed to pay
to Henry Millikin the sum of $526.96 for his service in installing
turbine bowl assembly and reinstalling the pump on the Town's Ever-
green water well.
