RESOLUTION 1-
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE RICHLAND REVIEW AS
THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of the Revised Civil Statutes,
1925, of the State of Texas, it is required that certain ordinances which
may be passed by the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas,
be published in a paper of general circulation in the Town of Richland Hills,
Texas, before such ordinances may become effective.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Richland Hills, Texas that the Richland Review, publshed by the
Review, Incorporated of 3276 Diana Drive, Ft. Worth, 18, Texas, a paper
of general circulation in the Town of Richland Hills, Texas, be adopted as
the Official Publication of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this tst day of March, 1958.
