RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO REFUND
TO JOHN HUNTER $50,00 FOR PAYMENT OF WATER TAP FEE
WHICH HE HAS PAID.
WHEREAS, John Hunter has heretofore made application for
water service and whereas he was charged $50.00 for a water tap fee;
and
WHEREAS, the said John Hunter did and has maintained that
a tap was in existence at the property and that same was installed
at the time he had the water line laid in accordance with his agree-
ment he had with the Baker Brothers, the then owner of the present
City-owned water system; and
WHEREAS the Board of Aldermen has caused an investigation
to be made and whereas such investigation reveals that in accordance
with the records of the Texas Water Company there was a water tap in
existence to the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:

Section 1. The City Treasurer be authorized and directed to refund to
John Hunter the $50.00 water tap deposit which he has heretofore paid.
