RESOLUTION ,'' 12-58
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EMPLOY HENRY MILLIKIN TO RE-WORK THE SOUTH
PALUXY WELL AT THE RUFE SNOW PLANT.
WHEREAS, the South Paluxy water well at the City's Rufe
Snow Plant needs to be re-worked and whereas, engineers have been
unable to determine what work will be necessary to properly re-
pair said well and the equipment located therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the Mayor be authorized and directed to ent^r into
a contract with Henry Millikin to re-work the South Paluxy well at
the City's Rufe Snow Plant and that such contract be based on the
number of hours required to properly re-work the aaid well, plus

the actual cost of any equipment that is necessary to be purchased.

Lj Section 2. That the said hourly wage to be paid the said Henry Mill-
a. ikin shall be based on an amount not to exceed the general prevail-
ing wage rate for such work in Tarrant County, Texas.
