Item: The purpose of this agenda item is to request that the City Council amend the fiscal year 2017-2018 the Chatham County SPLOST VI Capital Fund by an inecrease of $11,976 from
$1,700,000 to $1,711,836.
Explanation: The purpose of this agenda item is to request that the City Council approve to amend the Chatham County SPLOST VI Capital Fund budget for fiscal year 2017-2018 by decreasing
the revenue and expenditure budgets $11,976, from $1,700,000 to $1,711,976. The budget amended is necesary to adjust project budget line items to actual based on audited expenditures
in fiscal year 2018. The schedule below discloses the budget amendment.
