RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY FREESE & NICHOLS, ENGINEERS $1,357.99.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
V OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:

Section 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized and directed to
pay to Freese & Nichols, Engineers the sum of $1,357.99 for engin-
eering services performed on the City's Rena Paluxy water well
45 and the repair of the City's elevated water tank.
