A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHIEF
OF POLICE OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS TO INSTALL
FORTY (40) MILES PER HOUR MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT
SIGNS ON MIDWAY ROAD WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE TOWN.
WHEREAS, The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Richland Hills
has received a report from the Chief of Police recommending that the speed
limit on that portion of Midway Road located in the limits of the Town of
Richland Hills be forty (40) miles per hour; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen has considered the matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. The Chief of Police be directed to immediately place the ap-
proved speed limit signs on that portion of Midway Road within the Town
of Richland Hills, Texas showing the speed limit to be forty (40) miles
per hour.
