On a project which site plan approval, special review, engineering or a drainage plan is required
by the Code of Ordinances, the owner, contractor or applicant shall file an "as built" plan certified
by an engineer or architect demonstrating compliance with the previously approved plans and
identifying any deviations there from. If there are deviations identified, the engineer or architect
must certify that the deviations will not materially adversely alter the storm water controls or
drainage characteristics of the original plan or that the deviations are within acceptable levels of
tolerance recognized by the profession_ Until such certified "as built" plans are files, no
certificates of occupancy may be issued. (ORD. 2000 -23; 9/14/2000)
The City of l ybee Island shall have the right to request that the contractor
have a Professional hngineer or Surveyor certify the height °c am,. structure.
