RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALDERMAN JOE GREENOUGH
AS THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE TOWN OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS TO THE TARRANT COUNTY
PLANNING BOARD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. That Alderman Joe Greenough be, and he is hereby, appointed
as the Official Representative of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas to
the Tarrant County Planning Board.
Section 2. That Alderman Joe Greenough shall attend the meetings of
the said Tarrant County Planning Board as the Official Representative
of the Town of Richland Hills and shall do any and all acts necessary
to carry out his duties as the Official Representative of the Town of
Richland Hills, Texas in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas
and the Ordinances and Resolutions of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas.
