RESOLUTION CHANGING THE WARRANT FEE CHARGED BY THE
CITY FOR SERVING WARRANTS ISSUED BY THE CORPORATION
COURT FROM FIVE ($5.00) DOLLARS to SEVEN 50/100 ($7.50)
DOLLARS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The fee charged for serving warrants issued by the Corpora-
tion Court of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas, shall be Seven and
50/100 ($750.00) Dollars per warrant.
Section 2. That all Resolutions and Motions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective from and after its
passage.
