RESOLUTION # 4-3
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY TREASURER TO PAY TO HENRY C. MILLICAN
THE SUM OF NINE HUNDRED THREE AND 70/100 ($903.70)
DOLLARS FOR SERVICES FOR RE-WORKING THE CITY'S
RUFE SNOW PLANT NORTH WELL.
WHEREAS, on authority of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Richland Hills, Texas, the Mayor has heretofore employed Henry C. Mill-
ican to re-work the Rufe Snow Plant North Water Well, and whereas, the
said Henry C. Millican has submitted a bill for services incidental there-
to; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen is of the opinion that the said bill
is fair, just and reasonable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and Treasurer be authorized and directed to pay to
IX Henry C. Millican the sum of Nine Hundred Three and 70/100 ($903.70)
011") Dollars for his services incidental to re-working the City's Rufe Snow
Plant North Water Well.
