RESOLUTION DESIGNATING "THE NEWS" AS THE OFFICIAL
NEWSPAPER OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of the Revised Civil Statutes,
1925, of the State of Texas, it is required that certain ordinances
which may be passed by the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Richland
Hills, Texas, be published in a paper of general circulation in the
Town of Richland Hills, Texas, before such ordinances may become
effective.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. "The News", published by the Reporter Publishing Company
of 4148 East Belknap, Ft. Worth, Texas, a paper of general circula-
tion in the Town of Richland Hills, Texas, be adopted as the Official
Publication of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas.
